TOS
- I don't work with minors. please don't message me about a commission if you're a minor , and if you pretend to not be a minor you will be banned and no longer able to access my services.- I do payment before I do anything.- After your purchase you'll get a sketch on what the piece will be roughly , then a line work WIP , flat colour WIP and the final piece fully rendered!!- Please don't invite me to any servers if i don't know you personally.- I do NOT offer refunds on any purchase/s , no matter what , I can NOT afford too. i have payment plans available and am willing too discus discounts and bundles within reason!- I have the right too refuse service if I'm uncomfortable in working with you.- I do not mind working with descriptions for anything [pose , design , ect ] , just please put it in bullet points or just organize it , and not a massive wall , I'm dyslexic so walls are difficult to read when I'm on my phone [no overlay or font change on it]- I allow minor changes after the final product has been done. you cannot ask for changes 24hours after the final finished product has been delivered to you.- I don't allow major changes , such as whole character changes , entire pose changes and entire background changes after the final piece. please be reasonable.- Do not modify, trace, alter/warp , include the use of AI-related service, or profit from the commissioned work in any form, sell or license the commissioned work as a non-fungible token (NFT), cryptocurrency, or other blockchain-related service and technology.- If i make any mistakes during the WIP stage / flat colour / rendering stage , please bring them up as soon as you can , and do not be unnecessarily cruel at me for missing a marking or freckles and specify the details people usually miss so i dont miss them! [I'm human not a robot! :') ] - aka please be very very clear on what you are after and we will be good!!- I use PayPal for payed commission work , and Vgen for everything else! I cant use any other app [the UK is weirdly limited]. - only my website and use everything!- DO NOT remove my watermark after purchase and do not ask me to remove it either.- I don't work with AI and i wont work with you if you have a AI image for a character. as an artist its not only disrespectful but incredibly hard to understand and reference from [unless you genuinely didn't know it was gen AI]- Once you use my commissioning services and the art is finished , you cannot claim to be the creator. nor take credit. only for the character design if its yours of course.
WILL DRAW
- furry and humanoid art!- NSFW- cars , transformers , dino , mlp and sonic art!- Gore and body horror- backgrounds + scenes , of any kind!- YCH bases of my own , and base work you have permission for me to use for you, im willing to work with!-if you're unsure please just ask!!
WONT DRAW
- ADBL / sexualized age regression / diapers.- loli , shota, children-esc characters. yes even if they're 2000 years old but look 5 i will NOT be drawing them.- black holes , i have a severe phobia- Proship , common sense really ;-;- non-consenting scenes / characters
FOR COMMERCIAL USE ONLY
- twitch emotes may be used with credit, and an additional one time £15 commercial fee.- PNG tuber - one time £5 commercial fee + credit.- Vtuber models and assets - one time £150 - £200 commercial fee + credit.Any other form of art that's not stickers , you will have to pay a one time commercial fee which is £25-150 depending on what you're wanting too use it for and the value it would be at in terms of use. this can only be charged when we are creating the art you're after , one time , it cant be charged later down the line so do not worry!in either situation you are using my work alongside commercial use , please credit me where possible. ESPECIALY if you plan on selling merch with said art on on it. please discuss this with me further if you have any questions regarding commercial use!.
ADOPTS TOS
- For adopts - please go though PayPal ONLY [below]!- DO NOT sell the adopt for more than you've bought it for. And no resells in general.- Like my general TOS refunds will not be issued.- Any credit for adopts can be any of my social links below , I recommend blue-sky and discord!- The person receiving the payed adopt , has to at least have them for 4 months. And have 21 base fills of medium - high quality , or 9 full bodies and 4 icons of medium - high quality worth of products , before giving away or profiting in anyway / trading.-----FREEBIE ADOPTS~~~~- DO NOT claim an adopt purely to resell. Once you've claimed an adopt it must be in your custody. If you do not like it or made a mistake claiming it , please return to me.- Any adopt freebies you claim from me , you must not claim to be the creator. And you can use base fill's., draw said character, just make sure you credit me for the design.- You can tweak the design of any adopt you get A LITTLE. But credit must still be their and you must not claim to be the creator of the original design nor resell after you've changed it.- Any credit for adopts can be any link below , I recommend blue-sky or discord. I do not have toy house , but do send me your toy house link , so I can see if I'm being credited appropriately and the character is actually being used.- The person receiving the adopt/freebie , has to at least have them for 2 months. And have 15 base fills of medium - high quality , or 5 full bodies and 2 headshots of medium - high quality worth of products , before giving away profiting in anyway / trading.

though i can also go through regular dms [go to socials] if Vgen stresses you out or you dont know how to use it!
